HR & Admin Assistant – Dubai

About the role

City Seasons Hotels is seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Assistant to support its Dubai operations. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, handling HR processes and general office administration.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR and administrative operations.
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave files and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR letters, reports and official correspondence.
• Coordinate office supplies, facilities and general administrative tasks.
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and work independently.
