HR Analyst – Data & Systems

About the role

The HR Analyst – Data & Systems will enable HR and business teams in Dubai through data analytics, system integration, and process automation. You will turn complex HR data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret HR data sets, generate insights and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Consolidate and submit HR and business reports, ensuring data accuracy.
• Review, redesign and streamline HR processes to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Lead automation initiatives, standardising HR workflows and integrating HR databases for reporting.
• Drive adoption of HR technology, enable self‑service solutions and collaborate on HRIS integration projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business systems, HR systems or data‑driven decision support.
• Proven ability to work across functions, quickly grasp unfamiliar processes and translate business needs into data solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple deliverables under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• Microsoft Power Platform – Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
• SAP HR or SuccessFactors (or similar enterprise HR system)
