HR Assistant

About the role

The HR Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partner across multiple hospitality venues. This position ensures smooth day‑to‑day HR processes for approximately 250 employees, handling records, payroll assistance, and system updates.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare, verify, and close monthly attendance for agency staff, coordinating with stakeholders to guarantee payroll accuracy.
• Update employee information in HR and payroll systems, preserving data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support end‑to‑end HR operations across five venues, including pre‑screening candidates and assisting recruitment agencies.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and lead assigned projects.
• Assist with UAE visa processing when required.
