About the role
Ancient Builders Constructions LLC is looking for a dedicated HR/Payroll Officer to support payroll and HR operations within its construction business in Dubai. The role involves processing payroll, maintaining employee documentation and handling daily HR administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with monthly payroll processing and ensure timely statutory payments.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files and related documentation.
- Support HR administration activities such as leave tracking and attendance monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2+ years experience in HR/Payroll, preferably in the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with payroll software is an advantage.
- Experience working in the UAE construction industry.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
