About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will align human‑resources practices with business objectives for a mid‑sized financial services organisation in Abu Dhabi. This permanent position offers the chance to influence strategy, support talent initiatives, and drive organisational success.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational goals.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate programmes.
• Analyse HR metrics to improve processes and inform decisions.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven HR experience within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in workforce planning and talent management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
