About the role
We are looking for an HR Data Analyst Intern to support our HR team in Dubai. You will work on cleaning employee data, building dashboards, and providing insights that help drive workforce decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Audit and update HR systems to ensure accurate employee records.
- Assist in creating simple Excel or Power BI dashboards to track HR KPIs such as headcount, retention, and time‑to‑hire.
- Analyze survey results, exit interviews, and recruitment data to highlight workforce trends.
- Provide ad‑hoc reporting support for team projects, stakeholder meetings, and leadership presentations.
Required profile
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with absolute confidentiality.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data modeling).
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
