HR Graduate Programme – Emirati Talent

About the role

Al Tamimi & Company is offering a 24‑month HR Graduate Programme designed for ambitious Emirati graduates. The programme provides structured learning, mentorship and rotational exposure across key HR functions within one of the region’s leading law firms.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotations in Talent Acquisition, Al Tamimi Academy, Employee Experience, HR Operations and HR Business Partnering.
• Support recruitment activities such as candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and Emiratisation initiatives.
• Assist with learning and development tasks, including training needs analysis, programme coordination and evaluation.
• Participate in employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, compensation, benefits administration and data management.
• Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing and culture projects.
• Support HR Business Partners with workforce planning, succession planning, performance management and organisational development.
• Conduct employee surveys and help analyse feedback.
• Engage in project‑based assignments and rotation assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to one year of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for people development, a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Interest in building a long‑term HR career in a fast‑paced professional environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
