HR Manager – Corporate Services

About the role

We are seeking an HR Manager for Corporate Services to develop and deliver people‑management strategies that align with our business objectives. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on operational support, ensuring the company remains an employer of choice while complying with legislation and best practice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual HR plan in consultation with the HR Director.
• Provide strategic HR management by researching HR issues, contributing analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Design and execute strategic HR projects in line with board‑level policies.
• Monitor market trends in HR and propose adjustments to keep the organisation competitive.
• Support financial planning for HR operations, including forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Lead recruitment efforts, applying diverse interview and assessment centre techniques to secure talent.
• Deliver expert advice on policies, terms and conditions, absence management, performance management, employee relations, reward, learning and development and internal communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in both strategic and operational HR functions.
• Ability to influence senior management and drive HR initiatives.
• Strong understanding of UAE employment legislation and best practices.
