HR Manager – Forex/CFD Brokerage

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong exposure to the Forex/CFD brokerage industry to lead end‑to‑end HR and talent acquisition activities for our Dubai operations. The role will involve managing recruitment across multiple functions, handling employee onboarding, and supporting general HR administration in a fast‑paced brokerage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Forex/CFD brokerage positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations and offer management.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified industry professionals and maintain a strong candidate network.
• Coordinate UAE visa, work permit and employee documentation processes.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, HR administration and maintain recruitment pipelines and HR records.
• Support employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and other HR activities as required.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a Forex/CFD brokerage.
• Hands‑on brokerage recruitment experience and an established network within the industry.
• Strong understanding of UAE employment laws, visa and work‑permit procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage both recruitment and general HR responsibilities.
