HR Manager – Real Estate, Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function for our Dubai office, supporting both employees and management in a fast‑moving real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Provide professional HR support and guidance to employees and management.
• Oversee employee relations and day‑to‑day HR matters.
• Administer employment contracts, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Coordinate payroll, commissions, benefits, visas, Emirates ID, and insurance processes.
• Manage probation periods, performance reviews, and employee development.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and internal procedures.
• Support employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure HR processes comply with UAE labour requirements.
• Assist management with workforce planning and organisational development.

Required profile

• Proven HR experience within the UAE, preferably in Dubai real estate or a sales‑driven environment.
• Strong background in recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
• Good understanding of UAE employment practices and labour regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
• Fluent English; Arabic, Russian or Turkish language skills are a plus.
