HR Manager

About the role

Windmills Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle in its Dubai office. This full‑time, on‑site position will support business objectives by delivering effective people strategies and ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan workforce needs, drive recruitment, and manage onboarding processes.
• Oversee performance management, employee relations, and off‑boarding activities.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with UAE labour law.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HRIS data integrity.
• Support learning and development initiatives and drive employee engagement programs.
• Provide HR analytics, reporting, and insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
• Experience in professional services, real‑estate, valuation or financial services is advantageous.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HRIS or HR management systems.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
