HR Manager

About the role

Al Mariah United Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human‑resources functions for its transport and logistics operations in the UAE. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, from strategic workforce planning to policy enforcement and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance reviews and employee relations.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies in line with current UAE labour legislation.
• Oversee manpower planning, attendance tracking, leave management and payroll coordination.
• Design and execute recruitment and retention strategies for drivers, fleet staff and logistics personnel.
• Handle disciplinary matters, maintain accurate personnel records and provide HR advisory to senior management.
• Support organizational development initiatives and ensure compliance across all operational teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within transport, fleet or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HR management software, payroll processing routines and Microsoft Office.

What we offer

• Salary range AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month
