HR Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

Al Boom Marine is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources functions across its retail operations in the UAE. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape HR strategy, drive employee engagement, and support the company’s fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives for retail stores.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and business growth.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development for multiple store locations.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
• Lead performance management, compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
• Maintain HR systems, records, reporting metrics, and continuously improve HR processes.
• Support retail expansion by creating scalable HR structures and processes.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE retail environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to support multi‑store operations and drive employee engagement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
