HR Operations Analyst (UAE Only)

About the role

Join ADCB’s Human Resources team as an HR Operations Analyst, supporting the bank’s strategic focus on talent development and operational excellence in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Run data analytics on employee changes and adjust payroll allowances to ensure accurate payments.
• Prepare reports on internal SLA achievements, KPI performance and turnaround times.
• Create HR review presentations and performance dashboards for decision‑making.
• Develop and deliver HR operational reports and ad‑hoc MIS data.
• Automate key HR data and reporting processes for timely, accurate information.
• Oversee maintenance of HR operations data to meet internal policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an MIS function performing data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong numerical analysis and interpretation abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including complex formulas and pivot tables).
• Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• MIS reporting.
• Knowledge of Banking Human Resource Management Systems.
