Learning and Organisational Development Support Specialist

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank's Human Resources team as a Learning and Organisational Development Support Specialist. You will help shape the bank's talent development strategy by supporting the design, delivery, and administration of learning interventions for employees across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the L&D team in identifying performance gaps and creating workshop materials and facilitation plans.
• Manage administrative tasks for learning interventions, including enrolment, system updates, and issue resolution on Ambition University.
• Coordinate with external vendors to finalise contracts and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Collect and analyse participant feedback to evaluate programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records in the learning management system and generate reports for senior stakeholders.
• Oversee the training inventory, ensuring that materials and equipment are available when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in training and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
