HR Operations Specialist – Global

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Operations Specialist to manage end‑to‑end HR processes for our international offices. Based in Dubai, you will support global recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for global hires, including scheduling interviews across time zones.
• Conduct initial and HR interviews, handle candidate documentation, and prepare offer letters and contracts.
• Oversee onboarding and induction for new employees remotely or on‑site.
• Coordinate training, development, and performance review processes.
• Maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, and operational dashboards.
• Support remote HR operations for multiple global offices and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and hiring needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in HR Operations, recruitment, or related HR functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working with international teams and different time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRMS/ATS platforms (advantageous).
