HR Partner – Builder Experience Team (BeXT)

About the role

Amazon’s Builder Experience Team (BeXT) is looking for an experienced HR Partner to champion the employee experience for AWS Builders. You will work closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to design and deliver people‑focused solutions that drive engagement, inclusion, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Consult, coach, and develop leaders on talent management, performance, compensation, and employee relations.
• Advocate for Builders by shaping end‑to‑end experiences that foster engagement and inclusion.
• Serve as the first escalation point for HR teammates and Builder concerns, applying high judgment and Amazon policies.
• Promote adoption of HR technology and self‑service tools.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across regions to implement forward‑looking HR strategies.

Required profile

• Senior HR experience with a track record of influencing change in complex, fast‑paced environments.
• Strong consulting and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and employee advocacy.
• Ability to prioritize high‑volume work and pivot autonomously.
