HR Systems Documentation Intern

About the role

We are looking for a proactive intern to support our HR team in creating clear, visual documentation for our new cloud‑based HR system. You will work closely with the HR project team to ensure users have easy‑to‑follow guides ahead of the system go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Draft quick‑reference PDFs, one‑pagers and cheat sheets that walk users through core processes such as leave requests, profile updates, manager approvals and performance reviews.
• Test and map system workflows, capturing real‑time screenshots and step‑by‑step instructions.
• Help organise a central digital library of training materials, FAQs and other resources.
• Gather feedback from test users, refine guides and ensure maximum clarity.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Technical Writing, Communications or Information Systems.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes.
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially when matching screenshots to system steps.
• Quick learner who can navigate new software and cloud HR platforms.
