HSE Engineer – Construction Safety (Dubai)

About the role

Ignite Selection is urgently seeking an HSE Engineer to join a building construction contractor project in Dubai. The role is centred on implementing health, safety and environment (HSE) systems, monitoring site safety, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE procedures and systems on the construction site.
• Monitor daily safety performance and conduct regular site inspections.
• Perform risk assessments and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local safety legislation and client requirements.
• Prepare and submit safety reports and incident documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of HSE engineering experience in building construction.
• Currently residing in the UAE and able to join within 15 days.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices.
• Excellent reporting and communication abilities.
