HSE Officer

About the role

Innovo Group is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental systems on its infrastructure sites in the United Arab Emirates. The role ensures compliance with legal, contractual and company standards while protecting people, property and the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor high‑risk activities.
• Verify that risk assessments and permits to work are in place and followed.
• Deliver HSE inductions and toolbox talks for all site personnel and subcontractors.
• Monitor environmental compliance and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Maintain HSE records, incident reports and investigation files.
• Enforce the use of PPE and safe working practices.
• Coordinate with storekeepers for HSE‑approved materials and equipment.
• Support the preparation and implementation of monthly HSE training schedules.

Required profile

• NEBOSH certification (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of HSE experience on GCC construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong observation, reporting and influencing skills.
