HSES Analyst

About the role

TechnipFMC is seeking a motivated HSES Analyst to support the development and implementation of health, safety, environment and sustainability systems across its operations in Abu Dhabi. You will work within a global team that values innovation, inclusion and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, upgrade and maintain HSES systems in line with industry standards and company policies.
• Conduct extensive statistical analysis of safety and environmental data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate system updates to stakeholders.
• Support the design and rollout of new HSES procedures and tools.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in HSES or a related engineering discipline.
• Less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, sustainability and ethical practices.
