About the role

The HSES Tech supports HSE Advisors and Supervisors by providing practical solutions and evaluating options within established HSES Management Systems. You will work on projects that span subsea infrastructure, offshore platforms, and onshore energy facilities, contributing to safe and sustainable energy delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HSE Advisors/Supervisors to identify and implement safety and environmental solutions.
• Evaluate and select appropriate measures from existing HSES Management Systems.
• Support the design, installation, and maintenance of offshore wind and subsea infrastructure.
• Assist in reshaping on‑shore projects to meet safety and sustainability standards.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of health, safety, environment, and security principles.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary energy projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
