Hub Manager

About the role

The Hub Manager oversees the Silicon Oasis Learning Hub, ensuring high‑quality academic and operational outcomes while driving student enrollment growth, retention, and achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the learning hub and implement hub policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and performance management of Learning Coaches and academic staff.
• Drive student enrollment, retention, and academic performance in line with the school’s strategic plan.
• Handle student behavioural issues and coordinate parent meetings as needed.
• Develop and manage the hub budget in collaboration with the Head of School and General Manager.
• Organise workshops and development activities for hub staff.
• Support accreditation tasks and collaborate with marketing on blended‑model programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of school or academic leadership experience, preferably in American‑curriculum schools.
• Familiarity with UAE school regulatory requirements.
• Passion for student and staff development and well‑being.
• Experience or strong interest in online education.
• Ability to work virtually with global colleagues.
