Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to lead full‑cycle HR operations for our Middle East division, based in Dubai. You will act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, ensuring HR practices align with both global standards and local market requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits for the Middle East team.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, immigration rules, GOSA, WPS and maintain relationships with MOHRE, DED, GDRFA.
• Oversee daily office and facilities administration, including vendor contracts, procurement, and health & safety.
• Drive talent acquisition for local and expatriate positions across UAE, Qatar, Iraq and other regional markets.
• Provide cross‑border HR support to regional teams, handling policy rollout, headcount planning, and budget management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of HR and administration experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE market; automotive experience is a plus.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic and Mandarin are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures and local employment practices.
