About the role
Independent Food Company is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead its people strategy across multiple hospitality concepts. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will partner with the COO to shape culture, drive organizational transformation, and support rapid regional and international growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a long‑term HR strategy aligned with business growth, acquisitions and expansion.
- Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, succession, leadership development and performance management.
- Lead enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives, including organizational redesign, change management and governance.
- Oversee total rewards, talent acquisition, employee experience and compliance with labour legislation.
- Provide data‑driven insights through workforce analytics to influence executive decisions.
- Build and sustain a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, agility and operational excellence.
