Recruitment Specialist – Blue‑Collar & High‑Volume Hiring

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead blue‑collar and high‑volume hiring for Imkan Estates and its subsidiaries across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar and operational positions.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, agencies, referrals and other channels.
• Handle high‑volume recruitment ensuring timely mobilization and onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, selections, offers, documentation and joining formalities.
• Partner with subsidiary HR teams and hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers as required.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with UAE labour and company requirements.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of UAE recruitment experience, preferably in blue‑collar / volume hiring.
• Proven experience supporting multiple companies, subsidiaries or business units.
• Strong candidate sourcing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good knowledge of the UAE recruitment market and hiring practices.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
