Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Executive to support the daily operations of our HR department in the UAE. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and delivering a seamless employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and preparation of offer letters and contracts.
• Oversee onboarding processes, maintain accurate employee records, and manage attendance, leave, and HRMS data.
• Prepare HR letters such as salary certificates, NOCs, experience and verification letters.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries, support engagement initiatives, and assist in resolving concerns confidentially.
• Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, and track contract renewals.
• Provide monthly payroll inputs, liaise with Finance for payroll processing, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Generate HR reports on recruitment, headcount, turnover, and monitor KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Zoho People (HRMS/HRIS) experience.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
