Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will oversee all administrative and HR functions for AMS International UAE's outsourced staff. This role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and staff placement in partnership with clients and employment agencies.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, arranging interviews as needed.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new joiners and manage their transition.
• Supervise staff attendance, leave, travel tickets, and maintain personal records.
• Provide counseling and problem‑solving support to employees.
• Maintain personnel files and liaise with the head office for immigration and labour procedures.
• Administer annual leave, sick leave, bonuses, and salary increments.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and address any ambiguities.
• Manage monthly payroll processing and invoicing through client portals.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi‑cultural environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and immigration procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to lead a team and handle confidential information.
