Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Generalist to support our HR team. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, insurance administration, and compliance in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer letters, and onboarding.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with site supervisors and ensure timely candidate joining.
• Oversee employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer medical insurance: enrollments, renewals, additions, deletions, claims coordination, and liaison with providers.
• Assist employees with insurance queries and ensure prompt resolution.
• Prepare HR reports while safeguarding confidentiality of employee information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience, including at least 2 years in the United Arab Emirates.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment and employee medical‑insurance administration.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
