Human Resources Manager – Architecture & Engineering Consultancy

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for a well‑established architecture and engineering consultancy operating across the Middle East and international markets. You will provide strategic guidance to senior leadership while overseeing day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the daily HR operations and advise senior management on strategic HR matters.
• Develop, update and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee guidelines.
• Manage full recruitment and onboarding cycles in partnership with department heads.
• Support workforce planning, talent retention, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
• Oversee performance management, training and learning programs.
• Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions and workplace investigations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and KSA labour legislation.
• Review compensation and benefits structures and recommend adjustments based on market trends.
• Promote employee engagement, collaboration and a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and continuously improve HR processes and systems.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
• Experience coaching and developing HR team members.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all organisational levels.
• High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
