Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead day‑to‑day HR operations for a global financial services group. The role focuses on delivering consistent HR practices, supporting managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding, including contracts, promotions, salary changes and documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR policies, employee relations issues and workplace matters.
• Resolve employee relations cases in line with company policy and UAE employment law.
• Develop, review and maintain HR policies, procedures and internal documentation.
• Support performance management processes, including probation reviews, improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate payroll inputs, benefits administration and final settlements.
• Monitor HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism and provide insights to leadership.
• Assist with workforce planning, restructuring, and headcount reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations and performance management within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and local employment practices.
• Ability to work closely with business leaders, Finance, Recruitment and Administration.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
