People & Development Executive

About the role

The People & Development Executive supports the organization’s human resources and employee development initiatives. The role is responsible for coordinating recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, HR administration, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and new‑employee orientation, including 30‑60‑90 day plans.
• Identify training needs, organise internal and external learning programs, and maintain training records.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, act as point of contact for HR queries, and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
• Manage the performance appraisal cycle, assist with goal setting and track development actions.
• Maintain confidential employee records, HR databases, and prepare reports, contracts and other documentation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development or People Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR data analysis/reporting.
