Key responsibilities
- Talent acquisition and recruitment
- Employee onboarding and HR administration
- Visa, labour and Emirates ID coordination
- Payroll and WPS support
- Employee relations and performance tracking
- HR policies, compliance and documentation
Required profile
- UAE HR experience preferred
- Knowledge of UAE labour laws and visa procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Real estate experience is an advantage
