Human Resources Specialist (Dubai)

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join its Head Office in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations, and supporting the hospitality brands within the group.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end employment processes, employee relations and contract administration.
• Process payroll and manage the Wage Protection System (WPS) accurately.
• Maintain and update HRIS data, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, DIFC Law and visa regulations.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation while upholding confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within hospitality or hotels.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, DIFC regulations and visa processes.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality and organizational skills.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Experience in payroll processing and WPS.
• Solid understanding of UAE labour legislation.
