About the role

Rosenheim Luxury Properties is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Specialist to join its boutique real‑estate team in Dubai. The role will support end‑to‑end HR operations, ensuring the company’s people processes align with its high‑service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and personnel administration for a luxury real‑estate environment.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with United Arab Emirates labor regulations.
• Administer employee benefits, maintain accurate HR records, and support compensation processes.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare employment documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact for HR‑related queries.
• Maintain HR databases and HR information systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Assist in performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to foster a positive, high‑performing workplace culture.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources and HR Management, preferably within professional services or real‑estate.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and UAE labor laws.
• Proficiency in personnel management, benefits administration, and compensation support.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving abilities, with a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on‑site in Dubai.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
