Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is expanding its head office team in Dubai and seeks an experienced Human Resources Specialist. The role focuses on delivering a high‑quality employee experience within the hospitality sector while ensuring strict compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, DIFC regulations, and internal policies.
• Support payroll processing, WPS administration, and HRIS data management.
• Handle visa applications, renewals, and related documentation.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and employee records.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and workplace experience programs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and DIFC regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
