ICAPS Operator

About the role

The ICAPS Operator is responsible for maintaining the Commissioning Management System (CMS) database and ensuring seamless information flow between the site and the commissioning team. This role supports pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities for energy projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Populate and maintain the CMS database in line with project engineering data.
• Apply a system/sub‑system approach for pre‑commissioning and commissioning preparation, updating boundaries regularly.
• Compile and distribute the latest engineering information for inclusion in check‑and‑test sheets and hand‑over dossiers.
• Collect and identify required electronic documents, ensuring accurate database entries.
• Communicate effectively with all discipline teams to integrate activities.
• Interface with client personnel to maintain satisfaction and cooperation.
• Prepare and present regular reports to the Project Commissioning Manager.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commissioning or database management.
