ICT Teacher – UK IGCSE Computing (Full‑time)

About the role

The International Community Schools network is seeking an ICT Teacher for Al Maharat Private School for the 2026/27 academic year. You will deliver the UK‑IGCSE Computing curriculum to high/secondary students, fostering digital literacy and problem‑solving skills in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Computing lessons aligned with the UK‑IGCSE syllabus.
• Create assessments, learning materials and adapt resources to meet diverse student needs.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance instructional practices and contribute to school activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum three years of teaching experience in Computing or a related subject at secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of the UK IGCSE Computing syllabus.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills in English.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and inclusive education.
