Implementation Consultant

About the role

Join Cercli’s Customer Success team to help organisations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia implement modern payroll and HRIS workflows. You will work directly with customers to understand their current processes and translate those insights into a practical implementation plan for Cercli’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions to map existing payroll, HR, approvals and employee data processes.
• Develop clear implementation plans covering configuration, data requirements, integrations, risks and rollout milestones.
• Lead customers through configuration of workflows, policies and reporting, advising on necessary trade‑offs.
• Manage integration and data migration tasks, including APIs, historical records and payroll inputs.
• Serve as the primary implementation contact, keeping stakeholders aligned and handling issues such as incomplete data or deadline shifts.
• Train customer teams on day‑to‑day platform use, focusing on their specific payroll and HR processes.
• Support go‑live and early adoption phases, addressing payroll cycles and compliance filings (WPS, GOSI/Mudad).
• Collaborate with account executives, support and product teams to unblock implementations and improve the product.
• Contribute to the implementation playbook by documenting patterns, edge cases and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Implementation Consultant or similar role, preferably in SaaS or HR Tech.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, payroll and benefits administration.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into technical configurations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
