In-Store Visual Merchandiser

About the role

R&B Fashion is looking for a creative In‑Store Visual Merchandiser to develop and communicate visual concepts that promote the brand and drive sales across its Dubai store.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement eye‑catching window and in‑store displays that follow brand guidelines and maximise commercial opportunities.
• Create floor plans, arrange merchandise, signage and fixtures, and use creative lighting to enhance visual impact.
• Train and coach store staff on visual merchandising standards and daily, weekly and seasonal tasks.
• Capture photographs of display changes for internal records.
• Re‑merchandise the store to introduce new lines and respond to emerging trends.
• Collaborate with operations, brand management, the VM Manager and sales teams to achieve commercial goals.
• Participate in store pre‑opening activities and ensure brand standards are consistently applied.
• Conduct market research on current trends and lifestyle influences.

Required profile

• Experience in visual merchandising within a retail or fashion environment.
• Ability to train and coach store teams on visual standards.
• Strong attention to detail for arranging merchandise and maintaining brand consistency.
• Willingness to travel to stores for pre‑opening checks and regular visits.
