Inbound Sales Executive – Long-Term Rentals

About the role

Udrive Car Sharing is seeking a customer‑focused Sales Executive to drive the growth of its Long‑Term Rental (LTR) business in Dubai. You will handle inbound enquiries, understand client needs and convert them into confirmed long-term vehicle rentals.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, website leads and other channels.
• Explain rental plans, vehicle options, pricing, terms and promotions to prospects.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested customers, handle objections and negotiate to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Operations, Fleet and Customer Support to ensure smooth booking and vehicle delivery.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades, extensions and referrals.
• Stay up‑to‑date on fleet availability, pricing and LTR product features.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in car rental, mobility, automotive or leasing.
• Mandatory experience in the automobile industry.
• Proven track record in inbound sales and lead conversion.
• Strong communication, listening and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven, proactive and able to manage a high volume of enquiries.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
