Indirect Procurement Category Manager – Professional Services & IT (EMEA)

About the role

We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Category Manager to lead the Professional Services & IT spend across the EMEA region from our Dubai hub. The role will ensure uninterrupted supply, optimal cost and quality while supporting Eaton’s growth and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership and oversight for approximately $80 million of Professional Services & IT spend across EMEA.
• Develop, align and deploy category sourcing strategies in partnership with business unit stakeholders and global category leads.
• Conduct supplier sourcing, negotiations, contracting and performance management for categories such as HR, Office Products, IT, Finance and Legal.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and manage programs to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Deliver annual cost‑out targets and drive cost avoidance against inflationary and discretionary spending.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect procurement or category management, preferably within Professional Services or IT.
• Strong knowledge of the EMEA market and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving cost reduction and supplier performance improvements.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
