Industry Sales Head – UAE

About the role

The IND Sales Head will drive profitable growth, market expansion and strategic account development for Bureau Veritas Industry activities across the UAE. Reporting to regional leadership, the role combines commercial strategy, pipeline management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute UAE Industry sales strategy aligned with country objectives.
• Lead and coach the Industry sales team, set objectives and monitor performance.
• Maintain pipeline quality, opportunity qualification and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Build senior client relationships, negotiate framework agreements and commercial terms.
• Drive growth across Upstream, Downstream, Power & Utilities, NDT, asset integrity and digital solutions.
• Oversee major tenders, pre‑qualifications and strategic bids, coordinating technical and financial inputs.
• Monitor industry trends, CAPEX/OPEX opportunities and provide market intelligence to management.
• Promote cross‑functional collaboration and ensure compliance with BV procedures and ethics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Management or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 12–15 years of sales, business development or commercial management experience, preferably in TIC, energy, oil & gas or industrial services.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE industrial market, client procurement environment and major project ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
