Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will be an integral part of our retail team, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store. Your main objective will be to assist customers, drive sales, and maintain a positive shopping experience for all patrons.

Key responsibilities

• Offer product information and guidance, understanding customer needs to recommend suitable items.
• Maintain a clean, organized store, restock shelves and arrange merchandise displays.
• Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit cards and other payment methods.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally, seeking management assistance when needed.
• Build and follow‑up with a VIP customer database, providing after‑sales service.
• Stay updated on promotions, sales campaigns and new product launches to communicate effectively to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, especially watches and jewelry, with a focus on VIP customers.
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic math and experience using a POS system.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated and a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
