Information Security Consultant

About the role

The Information Security Consultant will lead the governance, risk, compliance and assurance program for a globally recognised client. You will work closely with internal teams, external auditors and vendors to ensure the organization meets regulatory and security standards while supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise information security governance, risk assessments, control reviews and compliance activities.
• Lead third‑party/vendor security assessments and manage associated risk mitigation.
• Develop and execute an information security strategy, roadmap and policies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Maintain incident response plans, coordinate response actions and oversee remediation efforts.
• Oversee implementation and management of security controls, technologies and solutions, including periodic audits and penetration testing.
• Prepare and deliver security reports, metrics and updates to senior management and relevant committees.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of practical experience in information security (12 years for Master’s holders).
• Proven leadership experience guiding security teams and managing large‑scale security programs.
