Junior Technical Consultant

About the role

TOPPAN Security is seeking a Junior Technical Consultant to provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support for its payment and transport solutions. You will act as the primary technical liaison for customers, translating business requirements into practical solutions and ensuring successful project delivery. The role combines technical consultancy, product configuration, testing and validation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy for EMV and transport solutions, interpreting customer requirements into detailed specifications.
• Support product configuration, testing and validation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare clear technical documentation and specifications for internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate with customers on project timelines, requirements and technical inquiries.
• Conduct troubleshooting and technical investigations to resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in the smart‑card industry with solid product knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field).
• Ability to manage variable workloads and work extended hours when project demands arise.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills under pressure.
