About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi seeks a dedicated Information Technology Specialist (UAE National) to manage and support the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable service for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

Install, configure, manage and maintain computer networks, workstations and server systems.
Provide end‑user support, troubleshoot hardware/software, LAN/WAN and network security issues.
Plan and coordinate IT equipment installations, moves, additions and system enhancements.
Maintain accurate inventory, manage disk space and ensure backup media are stored securely.

Required profile

Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.

Required skills

Network installation and configuration.
Hardware and software troubleshooting.
