About the role
The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi seeks a dedicated Information Technology Specialist (UAE National) to manage and support the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable service for guests and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, manage and maintain computer networks, workstations and server systems.
- Provide end‑user support, troubleshoot hardware/software, LAN/WAN and network security issues.
- Plan and coordinate IT equipment installations, moves, additions and system enhancements.
- Maintain accurate inventory, manage disk space and ensure backup media are stored securely.
Required profile
- Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.
Required skills
- Network installation and configuration.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
