Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Manager to design, implement and maintain the technology backbone that powers Dubai Key Insights’ content, analytics and collaboration platforms. This part‑time, hybrid position is based in Dubai and offers a blend of on‑site and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑premises infrastructure in a hybrid environment.
• Monitor system performance, ensure high availability, and enforce security best practices.
• Oversee backups, disaster‑recovery procedures and access‑control mechanisms.
• Collaborate with content, analytics and leadership teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Maintain vendor relationships and document processes for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in infrastructure, systems or IT operations, preferably in media, market intelligence or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong self‑management, prioritisation and documentation habits for part‑time hybrid work.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Systems administration, networking, firewalls, VPNs, identity and access management.
• Monitoring, logging and performance‑optimization tools.
• Automation and DevOps: scripting, configuration management, CI/CD integration.
• Backup, disaster‑recovery and data‑protection strategies.
