Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

The Infrastructure Project Manager will lead the design, permitting and construction management of infrastructure projects for White Star Contracting in Dubai. This position requires strong client relationship management, technical oversight and the ability to guide internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage permitting activities with local authorities, providing personal involvement and coaching to ensure smooth and rapid approvals.
• Study business opportunities in infrastructure, preparing effort estimates and technical methodologies.
• Coordinate infrastructure inputs for other sector projects, attend meetings and provide necessary support.
• Lead and supervise design and construction of infrastructure projects, handling day‑to‑day activities, client relationships, resource allocation and technical input.
• Promote best practices in project delivery across the infrastructure sector.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet client expectations to foster repeat business.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional affiliation in a relevant engineering body.
• 12+ years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on UAE infrastructure projects.
